Serving Fairfax Station, VA

YOUR FAIRFAX STATION
roofing crew.

Fairfax Station is one of Fairfax County's most exclusive residential areas — large, heavily wooded lots, single-family estates, and communities like Crosspointe, Barrington, South Run and Fairfax Station Estates where homes routinely sit on half-acre to multi-acre parcels. It's close to our Lorton base, and the roofs here tend to be bigger and more complex than the county average.

Estate homes mean larger footprints, steeper pitches and multi-plane rooflines with dormers, valleys and turrets — the kind of roof that rewards an experienced, certified crew. Whether it's architectural asphalt, standing-seam metal accents or specialty materials, we install to manufacturer spec and protect the investment these homes represent.

Our GAF Certified and CertainTeed ShingleMaster certifications mean we install products correctly — and that your warranty is backed by the manufacturer, not just our word.

ROOFING BUILT
for fairfax station.

Fairfax Station's signature is the wooded estate lot, and it cuts both ways for roofing. Big mature trees mean limb impact, constant debris and shaded, algae-prone slopes, while the homes themselves — often complex, steeply pitched and multi-plane — demand careful flashing, ventilation and valley detailing. We handle both, and pull Fairfax County permits on every job.

Even premium roofs take storm damage. The June 29, 2012 derecho drove 60–80+ mph winds across Fairfax County, and hail returns most summers — and on a large estate roof, a surprising amount of damage hides in the valleys and on the back planes. We inspect every slope, document what we find for your insurer, and a lot of it qualifies for an insurance-funded repair.

From a Crosspointe colonial on a wooded acre to a custom estate off South Run, we'll give you a thorough, honest assessment and a roof installed to match the home.

After a hail storm Jon came out and worked with my insurance to get us a full roof, siding and gutter replaced. Jon and the whole team were very good at keeping us in the loop throughout the process. His team was very professional and thorough in prep, install and cleanup. While they had the siding off, we also paid them to install a new front and back entry door. The price was significantly lower than a previous quote we had received for the same brand product from a competing installer. After the work was complete we had some fire damage to the exterior of the house and Jon reached out to help with replacing the damaged sections very quickly to fix what was damaged. I would highly recommend Jon and the company for any exterior alterations to your property.

Jon and his team did a great job replacing my main roof as well as the roof over my screened-in porch that previously leaked due to water pooling on top. Impact ensured that water was correctly routed off the side roof moving forward, and got the whole job done quickly in a day. Easy to work with and very trustworthy — would highly recommend!
